A2: Five kinds of wood are used: SPF ( Canadian Wood), Spruce and Russia Pince Wood,Americna pine wood ,Red cedar wood .
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Our MOQ is 2sets , any small trial order is also welcomed and can be in a further discussion.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A4: Yes, we can. The sample will be cost 1.5 times of its original price but the extra cost will be refund you once you place the order.
Q5:Do you provide the painting?
A5: For the painting, our customers usually purchase it on their local market because of the difficulty of custom clearance.
Q6: Can you produce the wooden house according to our own design?
A6: Yes, of course. We can design for you and your own conception is also welcomed.
Q7: what's your payment terms and trade terms?
A7: 30%T/T deposit before production, the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. FOB /CIF/CNF Price or other request.
1.First Step
According to the size and function or sketching from our customers, we will make simple floor plan.
2.Second Step
After /confirm/iing,We will design house shape based on your preference.
3.Third Step
The 3D drawing will be finally made after several modification.
4.Fourth Step
The PI will be signed when final drawing is /confirm/ied, consequently the production will be started.
Fifth Step
We will set up the wooden house to make sure the house is fully completed before the exporting.
Sixth Step
We will stick the label on each of the timber which will help customers assemble the house according to the installation manual.
