•STEP2:Smoothandlevelthelocation.Ifthereisespeciallysoftsoilinthearea,soilmayneedtoberemovedand/orreplacedwithahighergradematerial.
•STEP3:Placethegeotextilefabricintheinstallationarea.Fabricshouldbelaidoutaccordingtospecificplansorsiterecommendations.Fabricshouldbestretcheduntilitisasflatandastightaspossible.Eachfabricshouldbeoverlappedaccordingtositeinstructions.Ifnoinstructionsexist,aminimumof12''to18''isrecommended.
•STEP4:Securethefabricwithstaples,pins,soilorotherheavymaterials.Fabricshouldbesecuredalongtheedgesandthenagainonoverlappingportionsofmaterial.
•STEP5:Placeaggregateand/orotherbackfillontopofthefabric.Aggregateshouldbebackfilledasrequiredforyourproject.Aggregateliftsshouldbeatleast6''thick.
