Whats the different between pvc and pet twist film?
It is an inevitable trend to replace PVC with PET. Its product performance has incomparable superiority.
1. Environmental protection: pet twisted conjunctiva is made of polyester, which belongs to environmental protection recyclable products without any damage to human body and the environment; while the release of dimethylmethane when PVC products burn is a substance that can cause cancer to human body, PVC products in Europe and the United States are strictly prohibited from contacting food, and some Western European countries with the most stringent requirements even prohibit PVC film from being used for the outer packaging of children's products;
2. Economical and efficient: PVC products must be above 28 μ to have enough hardness and stiffness to meet the requirements of aluminum plating and printing, so as to show the rigid effect of products. Because pet products have enough strength and stiffness, it can produce 19 μ, 23 μ and 25 μ products with different thickness. Among them, 19 μ is mainly used for the manual packaging of dried meat, fresh fruit packaging or paper plastic composite kink packaging. While 23 μ and 25 μ were mainly used for candy and chocolate kink packaging;
3. Stable performance and high efficiency: the maximum speed of PVC package is 1000 pcs / min, while pet can reach 2000 PCS / min. PVC products are generally controlled at about 60cm in width due to their brittle materials and poor flatness. The limited printing film width of pet products can be more than one meter. The printing speed of pet products can be more than 200m / min, while PVC products can not be more than 150m / min. Therefore, pet products have obvious advantages in printing efficiency;
4. Beautiful and high-grade: the aluminum layer of pet twisted conjunctiva has higher firmness. If the protective resin (gold transfer oil) is added properly in the printing process, the printing pattern will be bright and clear; at the same time, the laser effect of local aluminum washing or information layer processing will be made use of the high rigidity and corrosion-resistant characteristics of pet, so that the printing effect will be strong in three-dimensional sense, greatly improving the quality of the packaged products;
