Overview
PT-D482-1044 petroleum products ash content tester conforms to the ASTM D482 Standard Test Method for Ash from Petroleum Products, it is used for determination of ash in the range 0.001-0.180 mass %, from distillate and residual fuels, gas turbine fuels, crude oils, lubricating oils, waxes, and other petroleum products, in which any ash-forming materials present are normally considered to be undesirable impurities or contaminants . The apparatus is limited to petroleum products which are free from added ash-forming additives, including certain phosphorus compounds.

Features

The inner furnace adopts sealed structure, and we adopts high temperature resistant lightweight refracrory for the furnace mouth and furnace door.The insulating layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell adopts refractory fibre, expanded perlite products, there is trace amounts of heat on the outer shell, even if the temperature in the furnace rises to 775°CThe furnace door adopts clip-on structure, only one action to close or open, conforms to quick take of the ASTM D482 standard
