Application Range:
RQ3 series Pit-type gas carburizing furnace of is a high-precision, ultra save energy efficient industrial heat treatment furnace.
The furnace is mainly used for the gas carburizing of steel parts, Case Hardening/ Carbonitriding for Plain Carbon Steels, Gears, Machined parts, Stampings.
Carbonitriding can be performed on both heavy gage stampings as well as low alloy machined components and gearing. It is most commonly used for plain carbon steels.
Product Features:
The furnace consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, vacuum seal fan, muffle tank and heating element.
The furnace cover lifting mechanism consists of the motor gear box.
The muff tank which is made of heat-resistant steel is to maintain the furnace pressure.
The carburizing furnace which has a sand seal groove is equipped with a cooling bucket to store the processed parts.
It adopts advanced vacuum seal fan, increasing furnace pressure without leakage.
Our gas carburizing furnace greatly improves production efficiency and carburizing quality.
