China Plain Carbon Steel Continuous Annealing Line

Continuous annealing line is mainly used for continuous annealing and aging treatment for cold rolled strip with functions of continuous degreasing, annealing reduction, over-aging, smoothing, tension leveling, oiling and others which can make strip obtain the required performance. It can offer raw material for electrogalvanizing, electrotinng, construction industry, household appliance industry and motor industry.
We have built up 10 plain carbon steel continuous annealing lines at home and abroad.

Heating Method: Gas non-oxidation heating (NOF), Gas radiant tube heating (RTF), Electric radiant tube and electric resistance tape heating
Over-aging Method: Electric heating tilting type over-aging method
6. Skin Pass Mill: 400T-800T, 4-roll wet skin pass
7. Energy saving method: high efficiency radiant tube combustion air heat exchanger, fume duct combustion air heat exchanger, fume duct hot air and hot water heat exchanger, hot shielding gas recycle injection pre-heating strip, fume heat radiant before non-oxidation heating pre-heating strip, light fiber furnace lining
