We have complete production line with CNC turning, milling, teeth shaping, hobbing, heat treatment, grinding capacity, and inspecting devices. Different material, different tolerance, different heat treatment...Will be met according to customer's requirements. We are familiar with GB, BS, ASTM, DIN, JIS standards.
1) Material: 5140 / 1045 and so on;
2) Module: According to the client's requirements;
3) Heat treatment: HRC 22 or according requirements;
4) Process: Machining;
5) Surface: Self color, plating, phosphating, powder coating;
6) Small order quantities are accepted;
7) Generally, the sample can be free, but customers need to pay freight fee;
8) Payment: T/T 30% in advance, the balance to be paid against the copy of B/L;
