Product Overview

Our pulverizer is mainly used in plastic grinding process, and can be widely used in various soft and hard plastic materials, such as pvc, pp, pe, eva, etc.Our mill equipment is simple in structure and easy to operate and maintain. It is equipped with an independent control cabinet and water cooling system to effectively ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Main type:
Type 1:Disc type for PE PET material
Disc type grinder can better process the raw materials, the powder obtained is more uniform and the particle size is finer, we use the disc type pulverizer to process those materials that are easy to grind.
Type 2:Disc type for PP EVA, soft PVC
When milling the material ,the temperature of cavity is very high, for PP,EVA and soft PVC, it is easy to melt when progress, so we increase the centrifugal fan to reduce the residence time of the material in the cavity.
Type 3:Rotary type for rigid PVC
Rotary blade can progress rigid better, also because most pvc material contains CaCo3,it will damage the blade, the price of disc blade is more expensive.

Main milling body
Contain:Grinding room,main motor and pedestal
To pulverize the material,The final size of finished products depend on the gap space between rotary milling blade and stable milling blade.
Main shaft bearing adopts import trademark: NSK. Oil seal adopts import trademark: HSH. Cooling and lubrication system are matched in the place of shaft to ensure the temperature of shaft in normal working ≤85ºC.The main shaft has the treatment of dynamic balancing to make sure that main frame runs smoothly and less vibrating. Integration of grinding room and main motor has a small foot-print, and installed easily.
Contains:Hopper and shaking feeder
The contact of material is stainless steel. the rest are carbon steel
To control the speed of feeding by adjusting the valve of discharge in the base of hopper port and shaking frequency of shaking feeder.

Put the filtrate material into the grinding room again, 30-80 mesh
Contains: air Blower,wind-sending pipeline. cyclone separator and cyclone butterfly

Material and Powder
Our adopt material is PP PE PVC EVA PET and other plastics that the size not surpass than 12mm.
The final size of powder is 30-60 mesh, also it is adjustable and can be customized, we also can give you suggest mesh according to your material and final application.
