Application and features:

1 Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF in a ditch in worksite or workshop.
2 Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts.
3Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system;
4Electric planing tool with safety limit switch.
5 Be made of lightweight and high strength material; Specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45°.
5Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
6High accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
7 Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.
8 Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.
