Plastic crusher
Under the crusher there's the horizontal friction washer which is specially designed for remove paper labels stick on the film. Then is the high speed screw washer to feed material into floating washer.
This is the first floating washer tank which has the automatically Pneumatic slag discharge valve.
Then in the latter is dewatering machine/sand remover to the screw loader and enter into the second floating washer tank. The dewatering machine/sand remover can remove more than 80% sand which wrapped in the film or woven bag.
Plastic squeezer/dehydrater that can make final material moisture less then 3% which will be good for pelletizing.
