Introduction: 1.The plate and frame pressure type oil filter is the ideal equipment for vacuum oil purifier and turbine oil filter for pre-primary filtration.
2.For gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other non-lubricating oils, the machine consists of filter bed, oil pump, motor and coarse filter.
3.The filter plate and the filter frame are lined with a filter paper or a filter cloth as a filter medium.
4.The filter paper or filter cloth acts as a filter. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and quick replacement of filter paper, easy operation and low running cost.
Machine working principle:
1. When filtering, the dirty oil is distributed into each filter frame through the input channel, and the impurities are filtered on the filter plate through the filter element, and are collected in the output channel and discharged outside the machine.
2.The dirt remains on the surface of the filter paper, and the small water droplets in the milk chemical oil are absorbed by the capillary in the filter paper to form a large water droplet flowing to the bottom of the filter bed, which is discharged from the sewage valve at any time, and the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper is gradually thickened and the moisture content in the filter paper increases, and the filtration resistance increases.
3.When it increases to a certain extent (generally 0.3-0.5Mpa), the filtration should be stopped. After replacing the filter paper, continue to use.
