Air heat exchanger is used to recycle the surplus heat and heat up the fresh air to 250ºC. By adopting high efficiency plate heat exchanger, heat exchanging material is SUS304, coated with insulation layer. Outside surface is adorned by decorative sheet.
Water heat exchanger
The water heat exchanger is used to recycle the heat energy to heat up the pre-treatment section. Water heat exchanging system includes: water heat exchanger, circulating tank, circulating pumps (one work, one standby), circulating pipeline and heat exchanging coiled tube in the pretreatment tank. Heat exchanging coiled tube needs to be revamped based on the original tank inside.

Graphite heat exchanger
Graphite is a composite material consisting of a graphite base material impregnated with a proprietary resin using a well controlled process. Impervite impervious graphite heat exchangers are ideally suited for processed involving the heating and cooling, condensing and evaporating of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, mixed acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons and many other highly corrosive fluids.
By carefully measuring the resin properties and matching the characteristics of the graphite, we can guarantee a final product that consistently meets our mechanical and thermal and corrosion resistant standards.
