KAIDE Peroxide cross-linked PE-Xa pipe making machine produce PE-Xa pipes with plunger method, ram extruder. Before raw material extruded, it's needed to be mixed in a certain type mixer in advance.Raw materials are normally including HDPE power, cross-linked agent(DTBP), and anti-oxygen agent. Each agent mixed in a certain ratio.
Before extruding, the die mouth need to be treated with many layer's TELFON coating, the worker's coating skills will determine the die mouth's using lifespan. The mandrel should be coated with hot shrinkable film for better extruding process.
PE-Xa pipe is cross-linked online. If the degree up than 70%, it's qualified to use over 50 years.(Not the cross-linked degree the bigger the better).

Extra cost beside the machine:
Hot shrinkable film is needed for mandrel. Each time 40cm.
