SPC04 Clinching MachineSPC04 Clinching Machine is specialized riveting equipments without rivets. In stead of all previous methods which have involved economic and technical problems, they will join different materials by means of a deep drawing-pressing process, and does so without damage to the surface, purely by displacing and forming.
In the process of pressing, sheet metals of different thicknesses or materials, even with adhesives or other intermediate layers are fully joined. It assures you with high productive efficiency as well as full process automatically monitoring and joining strength checking.
In industrial applications, it's available of clinching for single sheet thicknesses of 0.4 mm up to a total layer thickness of 1.2 mm and up to 7000 N tensile strength. In laboratory tests significantly higher values have already been achieved!
