Features:
Pneumaticdiaphragm small flow control valve is tailored for some special conditions of electric control valve. It is made of forged valve body forging, and is easy to make high-voltage electric control valve. The size of the spool can be 0.15-15mm from the machining difference. It can be used in different flow conditions. There is a servo amplifier in the electric actuator, no additional servo amplifier is required. It has input control signal (4~20mADC or 1 ~ 5VDC) and single-phase power supply, which can control the operation and realize the adjustment of parameters such as flow rate.
Principle:
Pneumatic small flow control valve input 4-20ma signal to change the valve opening change, so as to change the closure area of the valve, and achieves the purpose of flow change. It takes the compressed air as the power, through the electric valve positioner to control the size of the air source pressure, so that the air acts on the rubber diaphragm of the valve. The contraction and expansion of the diaphragm drives the stem up and down to control the medium. Regulator (DCS) signal goes through the electrical valve locator, and the electrical signal into a gas signal acting on the regulator diaphragm. Diaphragm compression spring drives the valve core action to control the valve opening, so as to achieve the adjustment of the medium. According to the process requirements, the control valve is divided into gas open valve (fault close) and gas close valve (fault open).
Pneumatic small flow control valve has a top guide system to overcome the vibration of small open, which makes the service life longer. Smaller meteor coefficients are selected to add the use of the valve. When the Kv value is small, the valve is used for precise control of small flow occasions, such as fine chemical industry, food additives, medicine, electronics and other industries.
