PB resin is soft. It makes the PB pipes are not as easy to be extruded as other plastic pipes. KAIDE plastics machinery is the earliest PB pipe extrusion machine manufacturer in China. Special designed extruder and die head structure makes the PB extrusion process with stable pressure.
The finished PB pipes are with smooth inner and outer surface. Both the extrusion die head tools and calibrator are designed acording to the shrinkage crystallization rate of PB. So the finished pipes has high precision.

Polybutylene(PB)resin, features a great thermal resistance(-30°-100°)and excellent chemical stability as well as being odor free, non-toxic, cold and hot resistant and pressure resistant.
1)Comparing with other pipes, it's with light weight and high compressive strength.
For example, when same pressure bearing, PPR pipes need 4meters, but PB need 2meters only.

1)The specialized PB pipe multi-sheet vacuum calibrators, our patent product, can maximally reduce the frition coefficient between the pipe and calibrator, improve the pipe cooling effect, and realize that the PB pipes can be produced stably and efficiently.
2) Multi-group roller, freely tightening type belt haul-off machine is applied, which can greatly avoide the problems of pipe stretching and deformation cased by haul-off.
3) Finished pipe color can be ivory, cream, or grey. depending on the raw material supplier.
