about Custom Car Window Flags
We make and supply 2 types of car flags with 2 different car flag poles.
There are 4 different grades of are flags and depending on how the car flags are going to be used will depend on which type you should choose.
Car flags can either be 1ply (single sided) or 3ply (Double sided 3 layers ), 3ply make the flag heavier so it is recommend you use a strong and stiff pole.
The common grades you can have are:
1.Economy car flag 1ply 100D polyester with 43cm flexible car flag pole.
2.Economy car flag 3ply 100D polyester with 50cm stiff pole.
3.Premium car flag 1ply knitted polyester with either 43cm flexible, 50cm stiff car flag pole
4.Premium car flag 3ply knitted polyester with either 50cm stiff pole.
Which ever car flag type you choose be sure you know what the car flags are going to be used for example are:

The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton,felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process
We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support
Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
