Q2: This type is not suitable for me, do you have more type available?
we can supply many different design type and machine power .and laser wattage (ranging from 3 watts to 100 watts) ,Please tell us your requirements
Q3: What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
The machine has 13 months guarantee. Core parts has 24 months guarantee . If it breaks down, our technician will figure out what the problem . Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
Q4:How about the documents ,contracts? And how long is the delivery time?
We will offer Commercial Invoice, Proforma invoice ,Packing List, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients. For standard machines, it would be 5-10 workdays; For customized machines and according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
