Bonded Flat slab S3 Anchors bonded flat slab S3 anchors use 2 No. 15.24mm seven-wire prestressing strands or 3 No. 12.7mm seven-wire prestressing strand. Tensioning method of Pre-Stressing enables a builder to capitalise on all of the advantages of Pre-Stressed concrete or masonry. The Anchor are Ductile Iron, QT450, PN16.Bonded Flat slab S5 Anchors
bonded flat slab S5 anchors use 4 No. 15.24mm seven-wire prestressing strands or 5 No. 12.7mm seven-wire prestressing strand.widely used in concrete structure and soil / rock retaining walls.

Unbonded Monostrand Anchor castings
offers a complete range of bar anchor castings for unbonded post-tensioning applications. Bare anchor castings are available for 0.5" and 0.6" strand. Special order anchor castings can be manufactured to your specifications.The Anchor Head are Ductile Iron,QT500. PN16.
The anchor wedges are uniformly engaged the strand with less relaxation at low loads. They are manufactured from quality steels and are case hardened for durability. The Wedge are 2PC and 3PC. The material is steel.

The production Process: Modeling-- Sandbox model-- Smelt-- Pouring-- Cooling in the model-- Sand shakeout-- Casting cooling-- Cut the gating and risering-- Check patch weld-- Heat trestment-- Check again-- Amend and grinding-- Spraying and enter storage.
Inspection
As for the Testing Equipment, we have Germany spectrometer 1 set, CMM 1 set, digital metallographic microscope, sand analysis detection system, universal tensile testing machine, and silicon carbon furnace front analyzer.
Application
Mostly galvanized steel pipes (protecting cover) in the predetermined amounts and sizes are placed in the reinforcement that is prepared in conformity with the project. Afterwards, concrete is poured and prestressed concrete beams (steel strands) are spread on these corrugated ducts. Post-Tensioning may be used in large areas such as Bridges, High-Rise Buildings, Hotels, Silo, Industrial Store Houses and Working Areas, Pools, Water Tanks, and Chemical Storage Tanks, and in all structures where impermeability is important.
