Multi Strands Jack Description:

Multi Strands Jack Instructions:
1.Preparation:
First of all, you should understand the tensile requirements of the prestressed strands in the engineering design, such as the number of strands per strand, standard strength, cross-sectional area value, control stress δk, required tensile and elongation value, and anchor shrinkage value And so on, and then determine the oil pressure value at δk according to the "oil pressure value-output force" calibration value.
2. Installation of jacks and anchors:
(1) Pass the steel strand into the supplementary corridor of the structure, and at the tension end, the exposed length of the wire bundle is required to be 200-250mm longer than the working length of the jack. The steel strand must be cut with a thin film grinder without loose ends or "hairs" to avoid difficulty in perforation.
(2) Put on the end of the wire bundle of the working anchor plate and push it to the anchor backing plate, and fix it with the stop.
(3) Installation of anchor clips: before installing the clips, use a steel ring to hoop each pair of clips together, and then push them into the tapered hole of the anchor plate along the steel strand, and then push them until they are not moved.
(4) Install the limit plate: the limit plate is designed according to the working anchor plate and is matched with the hole of the anchor plate.
(5) Install the jack: first buckle the end of the steel stranded wire harness with a wire pin, then the jack can be hoisted up and put on the steel beam, and the top of the jack is covered with the mouth outside the limit plate. At this time, the jack can be aligned coaxially.(6) Install the tool anchor on the support of the piston end.
