1.2 Equipment Composition: It consists of unwinding machine, drum type pasting machine, roll cutter, flash drying machine, automatic plate collecting machine, and electrical control system.

2. Equipment Description:
This production line is applicable for continuous pasting, paper covering, plate cutting, surface drying and plate collection for expanding grid, punching grid and continuous casting and rolling grid. It has the advantage of good pasting effect, stable performance, burr-free grid, high production efficiency.
2.1 Unwinding Machine: it adopts center axis type continuous unwinding structure, it is mainly used to unfold the lead strip with the matching speed, to the use of next process.
2.2 Drum Type Continuous Pasting Machine: the paste weight is < ±1.5g, the thickness tolerance is < ±0.05mm, ensuring the uniform plate height, increasing the plate qualification rate.
2.2.1 There is no residue paste generated during the production of drum type pasting machine, it eliminates the paste return to make the paste more stable. It also reduces the operator's labor strength, achieving zero pollution during the production.
2.2.2 It removes the wearing parts like pasting belt and tension system in the original pasting machine, which can save the cost more than USD 9,300.
2.2.3 It not only realizes zero paste return, it also saves the process of paste dewatering, these two improvements make the paste performance more stable and the active material ratio more accurate.
2.2.4 It is the first time to realize single-point adjustment front and back. The user just needs to adjust one point front and back when changing the model or thickness. The thickness adjustment has scale indication, making the operation much easier.
2.3. The drum type pasting machine has the process of paper covering. The paper is covered up and down during pasting, ensuring the grid will not stick to each other.
2.4. Roll Cutter: it adopts continuous parting, which is accurate and fast. The cut plate will have no deformation and blur. There is no lead dust during the cutter, which is environmentally friendly.
2.5. Flash Drying Oven: the oven adopts internal recycle hot air drying structure of Monforts drying machine , it adopts double-side hot air circulation method of up and down spraying, the air distribution is even and balanced, which is applicable for surface rapid drying for uncharged plates after double-sides pasting.
2.5.1 The heat exchange part adopts steam heating with electrical heating as auxiliary heating. When the steam heating is not enough, the electrical heating can compensate automatically.
2.5.2 The temperature control system for the electrical heating part adopts SHIMADEN intelligent PID as centralized control component, the temperature control system adopts high power industrial alternating current solid-state relay as actuator. This system adopts ongoing continuous temperature control, with high automation, good reliability and high accuracy of system temperature control.
2.5.3 The inlet and outlet of oven body is equipped with dedicated end shield and reflux inlet, reducing the heat loss.
2.5.4 The conveyor adopts SUS 316L, the stainless steel roller is covered with PTFE. This cover is high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the conveyor has superior acid-proof performance.
2.5.5 The plate collection shelf has the function of automatic stacking, automatic counting for plate quantity and output per shift.
2.6. Electrical Control System: it is automatic control system consists of PLC, actuator (like frequency converter, servo motor, pneumatic system), feedback components (like approach switch, ultrasonic sensor). It is with high automation, good stability, convenient and reliable for the application.
