Application Procedure:

1. Shampoo hair and blow dry to 80-90%.

2. Apply the Kerastraight on hair form root to end.

3. Allow the Kerastraight to stay on hair for 10-15 mins.

4. Subsequently, divide hair into sections and blow dry hair using medium heat to 100% dry.

5. Use a straightening iron to straighten hair at 180-220℃ (repeat the straightening process 4-5 times for each bundle of hair).

6. shampoo hair and rinse hair thoroughly.

7. Subsequently, blow dry hair to 100% and style as desired.

Shipping Policy: Our price is based on EXW term. However, our company provide free of charge delivery service for our wholesale customers. We also provide FOB service if extra shipping cost is added. It is not possible to provide FOB price, because sea freight shipping cost correlates with large order quantity.

Delivery time: If the hair straight treatment required are in stock, we can ship immediately after full payment is received. If the hair straight treatment are out of stock, a normal delivery time will be within 21 days after 30% deposit is paid.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Answer: We are happy to provide samples to our customers. However, it is dependent on the product type, we may need to charge you for the sample fee. The sample fee will be reimbursed when you place a large order.

Answer: After the sample charges and confirmed files are received, the samples will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the samples are in stock, they will be delivered within 2 days. If the samples are not in stock, we will arrange the production of the samples as soon as possible. It won’t take more than 14 days.
