The programable automatic small foil coil winding machine (SS851F) is a digital type programmable foil coil winding machine with high torsion DC winding motor. This winder is used for winding the foil type inductors and foil type transformers. It can wind the copper foil with the insulation Mylar tape (Myalar film, insulation paper) together at the same time. And can complete the special transformer whose some windings winded by round wires and another windings need be winded by copper foil. The Maximum wire diameter of this winder can reach 5.0mm for small coil. This machine is the best choice for winding reactive coil, electric power transformer, flat wire coil, copper foil coils, auluminum foil coils, copper foil transformer, copper foil reactor. It be named layer insulation tape foil winding machine also. This winder can be customized according to coil size by requested.

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
