Q1:Are you factory or trade company?
A1:We are a trading company and manufactory. We have our own factory with well-equipped testing equipment and strong technical force.Q2:When can I get the price?
A2:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us by 0086-595-26262687 or 0086-1395 9910 918.Q3:Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it needs sample cost and freight collect. Pls be informed that all samples cost can be returned to you if order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.
A4: Yes, it is no problem to change the product, please inform the details you want to change.

A5: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
A6: It needs about 10-15 days to prepare the samples for you. The samples will be sent to you by express(like DHL/FEDEX/UPS,etc) under your own account. Or it can be under your instruction.

A7: Sure. Your Logo can be putted on our products by sticker or hangtag. And if you want your Logo and company name to be printed on the cartons for the products you can send us the artwork by email.


A8: We suggest you asking whether the products are in stock if you can’t reach our MOQ. Meanwhile, usually it will cause extra $350 handling charge if shipment is less than $8000.
