Application Range:
Pre-vacuum furnace of ZRJ3 series is a high-energy and high-precision temperature controlled vacuum heat treatment furnace, which is also called pre-vacuum protection atmosphere furnace.
It mainly used in aerospace, aviation, aircraft manufacturing industry for precision parts with light non-oxidation annealing heat treatment.
For precision machinery manufacturing of precision parts non-oxidation and non-decarburization heating, quenching, annealing, tempering heat treatment and spheroidizing annealing in Automobile manufacturing industry.
It also can be applied in the non-ferrous metals industry to light copper without oxidation annealing.
Structure description:
The pre-pumped vacuum furnace is mainly composed of pit type furnace shell coiled with steel and furnace body made by welding section steel.
The furnace lining adopts the energy-saving composite fiber or full-fiber, which have remarkable effect on energy and power saving.The electric heating element use the high temperature resistance alloy element, which can last up to 5 years.
The furnace pot is made of imported high temperature stainless steel sheet.
The furnace cover is insulated with stainless steel, and the Vacuum seal stainless steel fan is installed to keep the air pressure stable and the temperature even.
The cooling system can be equipped in the pre-vacuum furnace, and remove the heat nitrogen from the furnace and connect the cold nitrogen to the tank for the quick cooling circulation system.
Controller system:
The vacuum furnace panel is equipped with a vacuum interface, a protective atmosphere interface and a vacuum pressure gauge.
The Pre-vacuum furnace is divided into multi-zone temperature control, multiple microcomputer program control, automatically displaying the measured temperature, calculating the temperature ramp rate and the set value with overtemperature alarm and automatically process curve records.
The temperature control precision of which is 1 ºC.
