PSA Modular Oxygen Generator System for Medical Use

Main structure

It is composed of gas source, molecular sieve adsorption and separation device (which can be made of aluminum alloy), control device, oxygen flow detection device and product gas filter. TZ series oxygen generator is made of stainless steel double tower structure, MZ series oxygen generator is made of aluminum alloy modular structure.

Scope of application

Suitable for medical institutions to use air as raw material, using molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption principle to produce 93% 3% oxygen.

Working principle

The variable-pressure adsorption oxygen generator is an automatic equipment which USES zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to absorb and release nitrogen from the air using the principle of pressure adsorption, decompression and desorption, so as to separate oxygen.Under the standard conditions, the oxygen production system started normal operation and the output of oxygen and physical and chemical indicators meet the national standards after 30mins.

The basic technological process of oxygen production system in medical center is that compressed air is produced by air supply equipment, and compressed air is pretreated by cold and dry filtration to get clean and dry compressed air, and compressed air is separated to produce high concentration of oxygen by the main oxygen generator.
