Use alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, put Cr20Ni80 alloy wire inside it, keep warm by environmental protection material--aluminum silicate wool which has been vacuum case-hardened, equip constant temperature control circuit and silicon controlled temperature control, one-time shell injection modeling, upper cover adopts static electricity spraying plastics process, spherical heating makes vessel's heating area reach to more than 60%. It has the advantage of fast temperature rising, high temperature, high thermal usage rate, easy to handle and durable in use.
