PUR Hotmelt Adhesive For Wooden Flat Lamination

APPLICATIONPUR hot melt adhesive applies to wooden lamination, single component moistures cured hot melt adhesives, non-toxic and pollution-free, mainly used on adhesion of various soft PVC/PP/PET/ABS, high glossy film, acrylic and HPL, metal etc with particle board and MDF. It has high initial viscosity, moderate open time, poach resistant and excellent weather resistance.

5)The viscosity at the application temperature can be designed in a range from 2000 to 100000mpas depending on the specific requirements

Suggestions

1Should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.2The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.3If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down
