Pickling Line
Pickling line mainly is divided into Push-Pull Pickling Line and Continuous Pickling Line, which are to remove the oxide on the strip. The Line is composed of Uncoiler, Straightener, Shear, Pickling, Rinsing, Hot Air Drier, Accumulator, Disk Shear, Crop Shear and Recoiler.

Equipment Feature
1. Shallow tank turbulent acid pickling, the pickling efficiency is good and production is stable.
2. Uncoiler has Anti-bending roll, for scale breaking.
3. The Entry has strip rewinding system, for reducing the corrosion.
4. The Cover of Tanks has water sealing system, with acid suction system.
5. Acid Circulation System, with Temperature sensor, heating control, acid level and make-up system. The Acid could be exhausted by automatic or manual.
6. Disk Shear is cantilever with motor drive.
7. The Scrap could be recoiled.
8. VF Speed Control, CPC and EPC Steering, Profibus with HMI, reliable in production.
