This line consists of single screw extruders, water cooling tank, haul off machine, fiber yarn braiding machine, coilDrilling Tools er etc. It has reasonable design, unique structure,Manufacturing & Processing Machinery stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and constant production capacity.
PVC layflat hose machine features:
This machine can produce hose diameters from 50mm to 400mm I. D.
Fiber yarn winding machine can load 6kg -1Guide Rail 2kg yarn bobbin.
Warp yarn bobbin quantity is from 100 PCS to 300 PCS. Weft yarn bobbin quantity is 24+24.
Polyester(PET) yarn.
