S312-50L three layers glass reactor is a newly-developed glass equipment. The glass material is GG-17. The material of frame is stainless steel. Volume of reactor is 50L. Capacity of interlayer is 13L. The height of discharging valve is 450mm. Temperature range is -80-250ºC. Vacuum degree is 0.098Mpa. Rotary speed range of stirring is 0-280rpm. Diameter of stirring is 12mm. Voltage is 220V/50Hz. This equipment are of three layers glass forming two interlayers. The internal one can do cycle heating or cooling. The external one can be used to be evacuated to maintain the heating or cooling temperature of the reactor. When it works, stirring can be provided and the evaporation and reflux of reaction solution can be controlled. The material reacts in the reactor and then releases from the discharging valve at the bottom after reaction. Operating is pretty convenient. It is the ideal equipment for modern chemical sample tests, petrochemical industry, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials.
