3.Production description

Block making machine, JW-QTY8-15, as a mechanical, hydraulic and computer automatic-controlled integrated technology-based equipment, is specialized equipment for the production of building blocks.

This block making machine is working mainly by hydraulic power, secondarily mechanical power, and vibration with pressure.

Full-automatic block making machine, JW-QTY8-15,can be with a PL1200 batching machine, a JS750 mixer, a 8-meter conveyor belt machine as well as the stacker to compose of a simple production line.

This is a multi-purpose machine, for by replacing the mold it can produce highway shoulders, riverway bricks, slope protection bricks, square bricks, brick piers, grass-planting bricks and other products, and with a twice materials-feeding device it can produce color paving bricks.
