Features of QT8-15 Host Block Making Machine:
1.This machine feeding system adopt independent sliding mode, convenient maintenance and cleaning.
2.It is controlled by PLC with data-transmiting device.For the control systyem,it is configured with safty logical control and fault diagnosis system,and with remote control function;
3.In its unique mould box of material cart,there are several rows of mixing forks.When the material hopper sends the material to the top of the mould box.the mixing forks start to operate of forced feeding to the mould box.So,the problem in distributing materials for producing multi-hole blocks is completely solved.
4.An original creation of converter vibration is adopted.With the converter,the exciting force and vibrating frequency can be achieved through conversion speed.
5.A surface material feeding device is equipped,for the secondary materil distributing to produce the blocks or bricks with color faces
