Features of our tower crane:
1. It is produced by applying the advanced technology. Sold tower cranes in China apply Chinese advanced technology and meet Chinese construction requirements.
2. Main material of steel structure adopts high grade Ansteel, Baosteel(Chinese famous steel enterprises) Q345B, and the strength level approch the European Standard Fe510.
3. Electronic control adopt the advanced frequency conversion control technology, RCV/PLC stepless frequency speed electronic control system. Contactors are from French Schneider.
4. All the pins and bolts adopt quenching and tempering heat-treatment technique and surface galvanized process.
5. The pin of mast section adopt sulphocarbonitriding technology and resin heat-treatment technique, which make the pin hard and tough and keep the surface smooth and antirust. Meanwhile, split mast section can save the cost of transportation for customers.
6. Humanized cabin makes the operation safe and comfortable, cabin space with air conditioner.
7. Ladders with platform, galvanization.

Steelwork is shaped through semiautomatic gas-protection welding with high-quality steel.
The steelwork surface is processed with phosphating and finish baking treatment or hot galvanizing treatment according to customers' requirements.
The suspension cages can be decorated with steel wire mesh or perforated aluminum plate.
The sections of our hoist have two sizes, that is 800*800*1508 and 650*650*1508. And we offer the model of the hoist as SCD double-engine with counterweight, SC three-engine without counterweight and SC double-engine without counterweight. It can be inner put type, top put type and frequency conversion etc. Our hoists can deliver materials and workers for the construction works of bridge, chimmey and other high buildings more than 260m. It can also be used for transporting goods for the warehouse and docks vertically.
The maximum speed of infinite frequency control intermediate-speed construction hoists can be up to 63 m/min. It features infinitely variable speed, smooth braking and quick operation, suitable to the construction of high and super high-rise buildings. It can also achieve zero-speed startup with full load.
