Description: Quick adaptor is used in PVC/PE pipe. It has a gasket and a restrained brass rings (alternative) When you put the pipe in the adaptor body and fasten the bolts, the brass ring will fasten the pipe to avoid it pull out. It can be manufactured to specified flange drilling such as BS4504, EN1092, ISO2531 PN10, 16, 25, 40 or ANSI flange drillings.
Standards: BS EN 4504, EN1092, ISO7005 or ANSI/AWWA B16.
Materials: Ductile iron (casted), Steel (Fabricated)
Nominal sizes: DN50-300mm
Pressure: PN10/16/25/40, Class 125/150/250/300.
Corrosion protection: Inside and outside FBE 300um.
Bolts and nuts: Carbon steel 4.8/8.8 or stainless steel 304/316.
