Maintenance notes:
1. The ball valve still has a pressurized fluid inside the valve body when it is closed.
2. Before the maintenance, release the line pressure and open the valve
3. Disconnect power or air supply before maintenance
4. Before the maintenance, the actuator is separated from the bracket
5. It is necessary to first find out that the upper and lower pipes of the ball valve have been relieved of pressure before they can be disassembled and disassembled.
6. Care must be taken during the disassembly and reassembly to prevent the sealing surface of the damaged part, especially for non-metallic parts. Special tools should be used when removing the O-ring.
7. New parts need to be cleaned before assembly
