China RLBZ series of RAP Recycling Hot Mixing Plant 2000

RLBZ series are for renovation of existing asphalt mixing facility to install auxiliary RAP mixing facility.
This increase the performance of the existing facility and reduce the investment. It includes cold batcher of RAP, furnace and emission handling, RAP heat drum and the optional RAP pre-mixing.

The drying drum can ensure the discharge temperature and minimize the aging of asphalt during heating. The unique pre-mixing technology can prolong the mixing time of RAP and regenerant without additional mixing time, which improves the quality of mixture and does not affect the production capacity of the equipment.
