Raw water vessel → Raw water pump → Sand filter → Carbon filter → Solftener → Storage tank → Security filter → Two stage RO equipment → EDI Storage tank → EDI System → EDI pure water vessel → Two-stage RO system storage tank → Pure water pump → UV sterilizer
Performances and features:
♦ This system occupy little space, easy to operate, wide application range.
♦ When used for disposing industrial water, the reverse osmosis device does not addition, its operation cost is also low.
♦ Reverse osmosis desalting rate ≥ 99%, machine desalting rate ≥ 97%. 98% of organic matters, colloids and bacteria can be removed.
♦ Finished water under good electric conductivity, one stage ≤ 5-6µ s/cm, two stage around 1-2µ s/cm, EDI ≤ 0.06µ s/cm (base on raw water ≤300µ s/cm).
♦ High operation automation degree. It is unattended. The machine will automatically stop in case of water sufficiency and automatically start in case of no water. Timed flushing of front filtering materials by automatic controller. Automatic flushing of reverse osmosis film by IC microcomputer controller. online display of raw water and pure water electric conductivity.

Optional Filter:
We will have two kinds of filters for our customer's reference.
1. The first one is made of stainless steel material, with better appearance and stronger.
2. The second one is made of glass fiber, it is mainly use for deep well, underground water, or some water which has corrosivity as the glass fiber is anti-corrosive.

FAQ:
1. A: Are you factory?How many workers do you have?
B: Yes,we are factory. One of our factory is located in Guangzhou and another one is in Jiangsu province. We have about 100 workers in our factory and we have more than 20 years expirence on cosmetic machinery.
2. A: What about after sale service?
B: We provide two years warranty period for large equipment, such as hydraulic homogenizer ,vacuum emulsifying mixer etc. One year for small filling machines, such as semi-automatic labeling machine series.
We provide wearing parts(not caused by improper operating) for free within the warranty period(except delivery fee).
3. A: What about installation?
B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
4. A: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
5. A: How can you control the quality and delivery?
B: All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safety for long delivery.
