The High quality ATF series CNC Router machine comes with 3kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

The spindle is fixed on the high quality aviation aluminum T061/6063 plate, and it is Anodized Aluminum processing,

Machine base frame

The machine frame is heavy duty, the main body is welded by 200*300mm square tubes, side arranged structure, heavy gantry support, and the gantry square tubes is 150*200mm.

Mach 3 controller

Mach3 is designed to control the CNC machine. The program is installed on a computer connected to the control machine. Mach3 was developed by American programmers, both for professional and amateur use, so it is the most common software for CNC machines in the world. Using Mach3, it is possible to control the following types of machines: turning, milling, routers, laser and plasma plotter, engraving.

Stepper driving motor Nema34

4 pieces of Nema34 stepper motors are installed on all axes to ensure precise positioning of the gantry and the spindle in accordance with a predetermined program at high speed. Stepper motors are well proven high degree of reliability.
The machine is installed 2 pieces of motors on Y axis.

Hiwin square rail&High quality helical rack pinion

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision.

CNC Tool Calibration
