Use purpose: After drums clean, to put the drums on the painting transport chain that position is from horizontal to vertical;

2.Painting equipments:
(1) Painting room

Clean way: drying and water running;
Material: to dry is stainless steel plate, others is carbon steel plate;

B,Colors ribbon: Two colors connect side is clean, and mixture side is less than ±1mm, paint fog spot is allowed but out of 1000mm with un-visible.

3. Vertical steel drums with 2 channel drying and solidify equipment:

(1) Drying channel:Size: L24M; W2.2M; H2.1M;
Heat method:burning oil to heat;
Heat machine unit:2 sets (main part is made in Italy);

Work temperature:room temperature to 200ºC, and can be continue to be adjustable;

Heat preservation property:when 200ºC in the channel, the surface rising temperature less than 10ºC (local part less than 15ºC);
