Product SpecificationInsert tubing into adjustable opening of tube holding assembly.Position end of tubing approximately 1/8'' above the surface of holder.Tighten clamp screw approximately 1/2 to 3/4 o fa turn beyond free travel position to secure tubing.Be certain flaring cone surface is oiled.Slip yoke over tube holding assembly centering on tubing.Twist yoke clockwise to lock in position.Turn yoke handle clockwise to flare.For use with soft copper,aluminum and brass tubing.Faceted,hard chrome-finished cone rolls out perfect 45°flares above die block-then automatically burnishes flare face.Original wall thickness is maintained at base of flare.New slip-on yoke permits use in tight quarters where is little space between nut and tube end.Larger handle,with better leverage,and precision threads on feed screw make flaring effortless.Heat treated dies firmly grip tubing.Satin chrome and black finish.Easy operation,save time and energy.The special cone eccentric revolution will be allows the internal opening gradually and form 45 °accurate and regular fiare without,preventing tube slippage downward.Therefore,the flare face will be smooth,uniform without scratching.Eccentric cone will be rebound by itself after the work is finished,make the idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 rounds and have the flare face in friction to make it prettier.2.
