Resign Coating Machine 3M Powder Coater
This powder coater is suitable for 3M powder. Pre-heat stator in the oven to the required temperature, then load stator to powder coating machine. Unload it after powder coating. Then put stator into oven to curring.

(1) Operation process
No.StepTimeTemperature1Cover stator lamination with sticker, then put stator into oven to bake.Keep heating for 30min200ºC, according to powder feature and actual ambient temperature2Manually put stator into fixture, then hold the fixture to powder coating area. Dip it into the fluidization powder. 5 times (make sure the rough side is upward. ) according to coating thickness3After powder coating, unload stator. Then remove the sticker. Put stator aside. 4After all stators has been powder coated, put all these into oven to cure. Keep heating for 40min200ºC, according to powder feature 5After curing and put stators aside to let them cooling down.
