China Resour Helical Oil Separator with Oil Reservoir Oil Separator

Feature And Application:
1.Helical oil separators are designed for correct separation of oil in discharge gas and ensure recycling of oil into compressor in the most effective way. The purpose is to keep carter's oil level,minimize possible excessive oil circulation, and increase thesystem's output.

2.Main for low-pressure systems,scroll and piston compressors. The products with buoy systems, and they undergo very accurate production process. All active parts working in buoy system are fully made of stainless material.Buoy system is protected against pressure and circulation formed within the product.

3.Any contamination can be easily caught by magnet in buoy part at oil output point, and thus it is ensured that valve operates in cleaner media

4.Buoy flange system may be easily dismantled and installed because of the special foot connection.

5.Inside of oil separator is round by stainless filter, and thus heavy oil particles collide with filters along spiral path, and separated from discharge gas.
Connection Parts:
1.We determined Input and Output connections according to volume of products.

2.ODS connection is used in standard products.

3.Different connection is customize by specific request.
