The feature of the kitchen walk-in cold room:
1. The insulation of the cold room panels:
*Foaming material: BAYER or BASF, green to the environment, CFC-free!
*Foaming pressure: Foamed by high pressure up to 200ton
*Panel insulation: 100% polyurethane insulation
*Density: 40kg/m3
*Thermal conductivity: 0.021W/m. K, energy saving
*Fireproofing: Tested to be B1 lever hard firing material, safety!
2. The connection system of the cold room
The Kitchen cold room is made up of pieces polyurethane panels with interring cam locks, use hexagonal key to assemble and dissemble.
After the production, we usually assemble and inspect the cold room in our factory.
After the inspection and confirming everything is approved, we will break it down for packing and loading, easy installation and shipping space saving.
3. The anti-skidding floor of the restaurant cold room
For the safety, we suggest clients to choose the aluminum or stainless steel anti-skidding floor for the restaurant walk in cooler&freezer for the safety!
4. The polyurethane insulation door optional for the cold rooms
Convex door: 800mm W*1900mm H, can be customized
Hinge door: 832mm W*1860mm H, can be customized. Hydraulic door closer makes the door close automatically.
Sliding door: 1200mm W* 1800mm H, can be customized. Manual type and Electrical type optional.
5. The refrigeration units used in the kitchen cold storage
As the space inside the kitchen is limit, we should use the utmost space inside the cold room, we suggest to use the monoblock type condensing unit.
Monoblock condensing unit: Condensing unit(outdoor unit) and evaporating unit(indoor unit) are integrated, just hang it in the wall panel and ceiling panel, play and plug. The control panel is set in the outdoor unit, simple operation!
6. The shelving for kichen/restaurant walk in cold room
We can also provide the stainless steel racks to the kitchen cold room for goods storage. The size of the shelving can be customized to fit the cold room.
7. The packing and loading of the kitchen cold storage room
After the inspection, we will knock-down the cold room and pack.
Cold room panel: Packed with bubble paper
Refrigeration unit: Packed in plywood box
Fittings: Packed in carton
We have forklift to load the container on the loading platform, quick and take good care of the goods while loading!
8. The production line in the cold room workshop-two sets of imported semi-automatic production lines.
