Cleaning and Sterilization Precautions

1.Firstly, check the package for damage. If damaged, contact the distributor for replacement.

2.Before use, it should be sterilized by routine and can only be used after sterilization.

3.PH=6, similar to ordinary cotton surgical gowns. Using the same washing procedures of the washing equipment for ordinary cotton surgical gowns directly.

4.The main stains in surgical gowns are blood stains and medicine stains. Washing of surgical gowns should pay attention to the following aspects:

a. It is recommended to choose soap, liquid soap, or deproteinized laundry detergent and other low-foaming, alkaline detergents. The water temperature should be controlled within 90°C.
b. It is recommended to set the mid-level pre-wash procedure, wash for more than two times until no blood appears.
c. once the blood has solidified, chlorine bleaching and oxygen bleaching can be used for oxidative decolorization. The time should be set according to the instructions for chlorine bleach and oxygen bleach reagents, but it is recommended to use with caution.
d. It is recommended to do acid neutralization after washing, or add a softener.
e. The use of enzyme cleaning agents is not particularly contraindicated.
f. Sterilization fluid should be diluted before introduction into the cleaning container.
g. Sterilization temperature 131 °C - 134 °C, sterilization time is limited in 5 minutes.
h. Surgical gowns may wrinkle after autoclave sterilization, which is a normal condition.
