China Rewinding Recoiling Line for Steel Coil

1. Brief Introduction
The function of the rewinding ine/recoiling line is to adjust the tension of each layer of coil, and loose the coil and do the annealing before BAF; and do the recoiling after annealing and skin pass, finish the edge cutting, oiling and coil seperate.
2. Line Technical Processing
According to the line function and the strip processing sequence, the line can be divided into entry section and exit section. The entry section mainly includes un-coiling, to provided the strip to be treated for the continuous production of the process section; the exit section completes the oiling/dividing and coiling of the strip.
