Please allow me to introduce the production line briefly. First, big power extrusion press punch aluminum slugs into germ tubes, our extrusion presses are 150 T and 350 T. Trimming machine cut tube end and polish the tube body. Washing machine cleans the tubes inner and outer wall. Internal spray machine sprays paint on inner wall. base coating machine prints white coating on tubes cylindrical surface. Our printing machine can print up to 6 colors, it can print patterns and words on tube's body. Varnish machine prints a layer of gloss oil on tubes body. Necking machine make tubes mouth into the needed shape and size.
