1,Application

This machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry to dry and sterilize small glass bottles such as 1-20ml

B-type flexible neck ampoules, 5-25ml oral liquid bottles and 2-20ml vials. This machine automatically completes the

whole process from bottle feeding, preheating, drying and sterilizing, cooling to bottle outlet. Using laminar flow

principle and hot air high-speed disinfection process, the container can reach the national cleanliness level 3 standard

(American Industrial Standard 100) in the sealed tunnel. It is currently the most popular drying and sterilizing equipment

in the world with the best sterilization effect. , Its heat distribution is even, and the pyrogen removal effect is good.

This machine can be used as a stand-alone machine, and can also be used in a linkage line with the front bottle

washing machine and the back filling and sealing machine.

2,Working mechanism

2.1 This machine is an integral tunnel structure, divided into three parts:

preheating zone, high temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone. It adopts

hot air laminar flow disinfection principle to carry out short-time high temperature

sterilization for bottles.2.2 This machine is mainly composed of front laminar flow box, high temperature sterilization, rear laminar flow box,

frame, conveyor belt system, exhaust system and electric control box. Medium-efficiency filter and high-efficiency filter

(or high-temperature high-efficiency filter), which effectively ensure that the bottles entering the oven are always

protected by class 100 purified air, and the production process meets the requirements of GMP.

2.3 This machine gets fresh air from indoor. Since it needs to discharge exhaust air to the outside, the exhaust air

volume is 2600-5000 m3/h, so the user needs to consider adding fresh air to the room greater than or equal to 5000

m3/h when designing the room. The size of the exhaust air connection pipe is 300x300mm, which needs to be

equipped by the user, and the user also needs to add a 6000 m3/h fan to be installed at the outlet of the pipe room to

help exhaust the air.


3,Features

3.1 The most popular hot air laminar flow sterilization

principle is adopted for this machine to sterilize the bottles for

a short time. The bottles are heated & sterilized by heated air

evenly and will not appear the situation of bottle explosion

due to uneven heating. This machine has the advantages of

fast heating and uniform heat distribution.

3.2 The wind speed in the preheating zone and the cooling zone is

0.45m/s±20%, the wind speed in the high temperature sterilization zone is

0.6m/s±20%, and the air pressure difference between the cooling zone

and the outlet is (+10~+15) pa, this always keeps the working pressure in

the oven cavity greater than the external pressure of the cavity,

ensuring the 100-level laminar flow effect in the cavity.

3.3 The use of new type of mesh belt transmission method with side

plates and sprocket chains for transmission avoids the phenomenon of

bottle falling, bottle break and inverted bottles caused by the deviation

or crawling of the bottom belt or side belt, and also avoids thecross-contamination from the side belt. It adopts winding type weaving

structure for the bottom belt of mesh belt, and the side baffle adopts

laminated type. Because of the large pitch, the heating capacity is small, the

ventilation rate is high, and the impact on airflow organization is small. So it is

easy to remove glass fragments and send bottles smoothly. The mesh belt

can be adjusted by a stepless speed controller or controlled by a frequency

converter according to the customer's requirements, and the speed of the mesh belt can be displayed and recorded

according to the customer's requirements.

3.4 The high-temperature hot air blower adopts a water circulation cooling system to take away the heat of the bearing

through water circulation, thereby achieving the cooling effect, avoiding the damage of the bearing due to high

temperature, and prolonging the service life of the high-temperature hot air blower.

3.5 Each laminar flow section is equipped with a DOP inspection port for sampling the integrity of the high-efficiency

filter, and online monitoring of wind speed and dust particles can be added (customer-provided detector).

3.6 Adopts advanced PLC man-machine interface control system. In addition

to monitoring the working status of the machine and ensuring the

requirements of the production process, it can also implement joint control

with the washing machine and filling machine to display the cause of the

failure, failure location, simple elimination methods, etc., and can also

dynamically display the working status of each zone's fan and mesh belt

motor. The temperature control of the high-temperature heating zone can be set

arbitrarily on the man-machine interface. The heating temperature curve can be

displayed at any time through the PLC man-machine interface after thermocouple

detection. The sampling interval and recording interval are both 30 seconds

(customers can Set by yourself), and 15 days of temperature records can be saved

for inspection and analysis. The device can be connected to the computer through

a network cable for data output. Customers can choose a printer according to their needs, which can print temperaturedata and curves online. The pressure difference between each high-efficiency filter is displayed and monitored by a

pressure difference meter, and its working status is clear at a glance.

3.7 The phase-shifting voltage regulator is used to control the heating

power of the electric heating tube, and the channel angle of the

phase-shifting voltage regulator is adjusted through the PLC built-in

PID control to control the electric heating tube. The heating is stable,

the heating tube is not easily damaged, and the temperature control

accuracy is high.

3.8 Stainless steel electric heating is used for heating, which has a fast

heating speed and uniform heat distribution. The temperature can be

adjusted from room temperature to 350°C. The working status of the

heating tube can be displayed and monitored by a voltmeter. The

stainless steel heating tube adopts a special arrangement method of

interlacing and forward radiating fins to reduce air flow resistance,

reduce wind pressure and air volume loss, improve heat exchange

efficiency, and extend the service life of the heating tube.

3.9 The control circuit is equipped with an interlocking device. When the

temperature of the oven is lower than 100ºC, the control system can

automatically cut off the power, but when the temperature of the oven is

higher than 100ºC, all fans can not be turned off to protect the high

efficiency filter. Each air supply fan is controlled by a frequency

converter, and one frequency converter only controls one air supply fan

(the frequency value is displayed in real time), which saves energy and ensures the balance of pressure values

in

each area. The system is equipped with a protection device. When the dryer does not reach the set temperature, the

bottle machine stops working and the mesh belt stops running; when any fan (including the motor) fails, the dryer stops

heating.3.10 According to the customer, choose the water-cooling device of the meter cooler, adopt the meter cooler device,

the air circulation in the cooling zone is internal circulation, there is no need to collect a lot of air from the clean area and

exhaust a large amount of hot and humid clean air, thus reducing the air supply system to clean The demand for fresh

air into the room not only greatly reduces the cost of purification, but also easily ensures the balance of pressure and

pressure difference in the clean area, with high cooling efficiency and low temperature rise on the drying and sterilizing

surface.

3.11 According to the customer's option, the bottle conveyor belt online cleaning device is equipped with a set of water

tank at the bottom of the oven. The bottle conveyor belt is stretched into the water tank for washing or ultrasonic

cleaning during operation to wash off the dirt and residue on the belt to ensure delivery The cleanliness of the mesh

belt ensures product quality.

3.12 The use of new shunt technology to make the air pressure of the filter evenly distributed to prevent partial damage

to the filter and prolong the service life of the filter.

3.13 Fully open hinged heating seat is adopted, which makes cleaning and maintenance of equipment more

convenient.

3.14 The sterilization dryer control system is equipped with two control modes:

day mode and night mode. When producing during the day, start the day mode

and the equipment will produce in normal mode; when not producing at night,

start the night mode, the electric heating tube will not heat, and the laminar

flow fans at both ends will not stop to ensure the 100-level effect in the

equipment.
