Rtelligent Functional Nema 23 24 Two-axis Synchronized Stepper Driver R60-D
R60-D is Rtelligent's special customized motion control driver for our customers.
The R60-D adopts TI's dedicateddual-core DSP chip to drive the two-axis motors independently, avoiding mutual interference with back EMF, and truly achieve the effect of independent operation and synchronized actions.
PotentiometerDIP switch SW6, SW7, SW8 are used to select the range of speed control.
If you need an external potentiometer (around 10-20K is recommended), the voltage is supplied internally by the driver.
Adjusting the resistor can change the real-time speed of the motor.Commutation signalDetermined by the optocoupler at both ends of OPTO and DIR-. When the optocoupler is turned on and off, the motor turns in the opposite direction, and the voltage is 24V.Enable signalControls the current output of the driver and the motor. It is determined by the optocoupler at both ends of OPTO and ENA-. The optocoupler is turned on and off, corresponding to the current output of the driver to the motor. The total voltage is 24V.Speed control modeENA switch signal control start/stop, potentiometer control speed.Signal levelExternal 24V for the IO signal and internal 5V for the potentiometer.Power supply24-50V DCCurrentSet by DIP switches SW1, SW2, SW3 and SW4 from 0.3A to 5.6AAcceleration levelSet by DIP switch SW5:
SW5=OFF, means low acceleration/deceleration
SW5=ON, means high acceleration/deceleration
