Product introduction
Huzhou Heyuan belt vacuum filter is an efficient separation equipment, which takes the filter cloth as the filter medium and makes full use of material gravity and vacuum suction to realize solid-liquid separation. The belt filter press adopts the integral annular rubber belt as the vacuum chamber.
The annular belt is continuously driven by the motor, and the filter cloth is laid on the belt to run synchronously with it. The belt contacts with the annular friction belt on the vacuum sliding table and forms a water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum suction filter area is formed on the belt. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, collects through the transverse groove on the belt and enters the vacuum chamber through the small hole. The solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the steam water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the formed filter cake enters the filter cake washing area and the suction area in turn. Compared with the latter, the filter cloth is separated from the belt, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge roller. After cleaning, the filter cloth for removing the filter cake of the belt filter is regenerated, and then enters the filter area again after passing through a group of supporting rollers and rectifying devices
